Who are your typical clients?

Our clients are awesome; their ultimate goal is marriage and they want their wedding day to be a true celebration and reflection of them as a couple. They’re not particularly bothered if it rains on their wedding day, as long as they get to walk down the aisle and get amazing photos. As a couple, guest comfort is really important to them; they want their guests to have a wonderful day. Our clients like hiring professional vendors to get the job done properly; they trust us and know we will guide them in their decision making, to create their vision, whether it is incorporating special design elements personal to them or wowing their guests with a special moment.

Do you plan same-sex weddings ?

Absolutely….. we believe marriage is about love not gender and we celebrate love !

We support marriage equality and have a team of fantastic vendors that would love to create a spectacular day for you. You can choose to host your wedding from our extensive list of awesome venues from the most fabulous Irish castles, majestic manors, boutique hotels to stunning coastal venues, the choices are limitless !

What are your business hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 4.00pm.

If you’re trying to reach us later in the week, please allow 48-72 hours for us to reply because we are probably off executing gorgeous events for our current clients !

But don’t worry, we will commit to the same focus when your big day comes !

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

Our initial consultations are complimentary.

This is a chance for us to get to know each other and to determine what you need and how we can help you. Before our consultation, we ask you to fill out our questionnaire, to get some information about your wedding.  If you are a destination couple or can’t meet us in person, we will schedule a WhatsApp call with you to discuss details and get a more defined vision of your wedding.

What is your planning process?

Our planning process begins once we receive your inquiry based on the information you give us. We want to develop ideas for your wedding day as early as your first call. From there, we will send you a proposal. Once a signed contract and a 50% retainer are received, we hold the date and get to work planning your beautiful day.

Full Service Planning

Following our initial consultation, we begin pairing you with our “A Team” vendors that will best match your wishes and style. We set up and attend vendor meetings with or on your behalf and assist in securing their services. We guide you through the wedding planning process and help you keep track of all the details. While you are trying on dresses and doing the fun stuff, we will get to work on the logistics of the day, from start to finish.

I’m getting married in a church - will you still do my rehearsal and ceremony?

Usually most churches prefer to handle the rehearsal of the ceremony, but we will be there to make sure they don’t forget anything, as well as go over the order of service, music timings, clarify set up items for the ceremony and handle any other issues – both before and on the day.

My venue already has an in-house wedding coordinator....Do I really need a planner?

YES you do !!

A wedding coordinator at a venue and a Wedding Planner are two VERY different jobs. The venue’s wedding coordinator manages the venue and the venue’s needs; they look after the catering, food and beverage choices you have made for your wedding and are there to ensure your food is served on time.

Your wedding planner focuses on YOUR needs to ensure an incredible wedding day. We manage all vendor relationships, ceremony, wedding day timelines, set-up, décor, entertainment etc.

The venue’s wedding coordinator works for the venue and has the venue’s best interest in mind, they are not involved in any part of your wedding day other than helping you choose the food and beverage on the day and also the timing of your arrival for your reception. Also, there is unfortunately, a high turnover of Event Managers in hotels so the Wedding Coordinator that you initially booked with may not actually be there by the time your big day comes around.

As your Wedding Planner, We are completely focused on you as a couple, to make sure the vision that we have been planning with you, comes to life on the day. We are there to sort out all the logistical matters and to look after ALL the details on the day. We are the number one point of contact for all suppliers involved. We plan, design, and style every element of your wedding from start to finish. We create timelines for her entire day, from the moment you start getting your hair and make up done in the morning until your DJ has played the last song. We are there for you from initial consultation right to the last dance on your wedding day, guiding you all the way and making sure that you have the most incredible wedding experience.

Will my planner work alone or with assistants on my wedding day?

All our events include a team, so you can be sure your event will be spectacular !

The number of assistants on the day will depend on the size of your wedding to ensure your day unfolds flawlessly, we’ve got you covered and we’ve got your back !
