Our Pop Up Weddings are the ultimate in minimalist wedding planning. You simply pick a package, show up and get married – Your Wedding planner at Inspired Events will do the rest !
You will have a the most beautiful, intimate, luxury wedding without the astronomical price tag !
Our ‘Partial Planning’ wedding package includes:
- Three meetings – initial complimentary consultation plus two meetings prior to the wedding
- Vendor recommendations and confirmations, distribution of final payments and timeline two weeks prior to the event
- Seating plan assistance
- Detailed timeline of the wedding day
- Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)
- Collection at rehearsal of all set up items such as favors, place cards, candles, guest book, for site set up
- Full wedding day coordination – additional coordinators may be required depending on the size of the wedding
- Use of the wedding day emergency kit if necessary
- Ceremony and reception set up and take down
